Refund Policy
Effective July 3rd, 2025.
At Dirt Deputy Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services and stand behind the work we perform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, return to the property to address the issue at no additional cost.
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

A service was paid for but not performed, due to a scheduling or internal error

A double payment was made by mistake

A service was canceled in advance (see cancellation terms below)
All refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

Services completed as agreed but later deemed unsatisfactory without a valid claim

Pre-existing property damage or areas outside the scope of work

Issues reported more than 72 hours after completion

Weather-related delays or reschedules

Customer’s failure to provide water access, power, or proper entry resulting in incomplete service
Cancellation Refunds

24+ hours notice: No charge; full refund if pre-paid

Same-day cancellation or no-show: May incur a $100 cancellation fee
